MTTCC #28 Nativity Theme Christmas cards

Hello, crafters! We hope you are ready to find time to craft Christmas cards with our new theme of Nativity

MTTCC #28 Nativity theme Christmas cards begins 18 February 2022. (6pm CST or 12 am UK 19 Feb)
Thanks DT for showing such variety about Nativity Christmas! Our crew has cleverly thought of children acting in a Nativity pageant to the Holy Family and to the manger scene complete with animals. It will be lovely to see what our participants create for this new theme for their Christmas cards. These are the DT inspiration cards:

Card 1

Card 2

Becca (card 1)

Becca (card 2)

Meena Herale

Helen

Aren't these divine!

Now it's your turn to find time to craft Nativity Christmas card(s). What products, vendors, colors, sketches, techniques, and embellishments will you consider from your supplies? What's inspiring you with the #28 theme?

Participate using the Inlinkz address:

Inlinkz will open at 6pm CST Friday Feb 18, 2022 or at 12 am UK Saturday Feb 19, 2022. It will close at 6pm CST Thursday March 3, 2022. (Remember that February is a short month this year.)

Challenge #26 Top 3 Picks for the theme of Things Starting with the Letter S

Thank you so much for those who participated in the January challenge, #26, with the theme of Things Starting with the Letter S!!

So many clever ideas from snow and snowflakes to stars to sleds and sleighs, scarves, and more!

Wonderful creations!

The MTTCC blog will continue on under the temporary management of DT member, Becca S, and I/Becca want the blog to go back to its original 2 week time period on alternating Fridays with MTTC (its sister blog and the original that Shell started years ago).

With switching back, a new challenge was released this weekend. #27's theme is Clean and Simple Christmas cards. Show us Christmas cards that follow the CAS style of design/format. There are a few DT inspiration cards to help you brainstorm.

Officially, I've declared #26 to be over and to announce the Top3. DT member Janice picked:

#7 entry by Lisa

#21 entry by Ina G

#29 entry by Diny

Hoping you find time to craft Christmas cards,

Becca and the rest of the MTTCC DT

See you over at #27.

MTTCC #27 Clean and Simple Format Theme

Season's Greetings! Welcome to My Time To Craft Christmas challenge blog's #27.

#27 will be a format theme challenge of CAS or Clean AND Simple.

I've seen different approaches to this but for me, this means very little embellishments/borders/punches/die-cuts and lots of open area/space (2/3 or 66%) on the card without 'stuff'. This also has to be Christmas/winter holiday appropriate since this is a Christmas challenge blog.

Also, apologies for our delay, especially if you participated in past challenges since we started in January 2021. The owner of this blog, Shell, is taking a break from blogging and has agreed today to let me, Becca S, take over the management until she returns. I'm wanting to put this challenge blog back on its every other Friday schedule to be offset to the sister blog, MTTC. Hopefully this will release sometime Friday, Feb 4th or Saturday, Feb 5th and go to Feb 17th. Then #28 will start Feb 18th.

Clean and Simple Christmas inspiration cards from the Design Team:

Becca

Granmargaret

Jackie

Thanks to Jackie and Granmargaret for their marvelous cards that help give us different ideas on how to leave some empty space on their Christmas cards!

MTTCC to re-start very soon

Hello to My Time To Craft Christmas challenge blog!

The owner, Shell, is taking a blogging break and has agreed to let me, Becca S, from the DT crew to manage the challenge blog(s) until she returns.

# 27 challenge theme will be Clean and Simple format Christmas cards and it will be revealed hopefully sometime later today, February 4 @ 10:30 pm CST (might be on Saturday the 5th depending on where you are in the world).

I would also like to put this Christmas blog back on the every other Friday schedule and to run/post on opposite weeks of Shell's other challenge blog, My Time To Craft.

Thanks to our blog followers and hope you'll be excited to start participating again and the possibility for bragging rights if selected for Top 3!!!
